Jetlag is still kicking and got me to sleep wayyy to late.. So lunch looks like a big bowl of cereal ;)

On my own and needing to cook. Help me out.
Welcome to Hungry Vince!
For the first time after so many years I need to prepare my own food every day, and as much as it is a trivial thing of life for most people, it is a real problem for me :-) I have no clue what to prepare, no clue how to prepare it and I don't have too much cooking patience.. So here is my food blog where I'll list what I eat. Comments about what or how to cook, suggestions on how to improve menus or recipes are highly welcome, please just leave comments on any post!
